Understanding Kitten Quality
At TinyPineapple Cattery, all of our kittens are raised as cherished companions and can make wonderful family pets.
The terms Pet Quality, Breeder Quality, and Show Quality refer to how closely a kitten meets breeding and show standards—not to its ability to be a loving companion.

Pet Quality
Pet Quality kittens are intended primarily as companions and are placed without breeding rights.
Pet Quality kittens:
-
Meet high health standards
-
Possess excellent temperaments
-
Are intended for companionship
-
Typically go home on a spay/neuter agreement
-
Do not include breeding rights
Pet Quality is the perfect choice for families looking for a loving, affectionate companion with no plans for breeding or showing.
Breeder Quality
Breeder Quality kittens meet the standards required for responsible breeding programs.
Breeder Quality kittens:
-
Meet breeding-quality standards
-
Come from exceptional bloodlines
-
May be approved for future breeding programs
-
Breeding rights may be available to approved breeders for an additional fee
Breeder Quality kittens can also make exceptional family pets and are often chosen by families who simply want a kitten with outstanding qualities.
Show Quality
Show Quality kittens demonstrate exceptional breed type and have strong potential for exhibition in CFA or TICA cat shows.
Show Quality kittens:
-
Display outstanding breed type
-
Exhibit excellent structure and conformation
-
Have superior coat quality
-
Possess beautiful eye color and expression
-
Show strong potential for success in the show ring
Many Show Quality kittens are placed in loving pet homes and are cherished companions first and foremost.
Please note that no breeder can guarantee future show results.
